GigaCrete Interior Finishing Products
Our interior finishing products include PlasterMax-DEC, PlasterMax-IND, PlasterMax-ICF Base Coat and PlasterMax-ICF Finish Coat. They are blended premixes packaged in 50 lb. units and are shipped in dry powder form ready to be mixed with water at the construction site.
GigaCrete PlasterMax-DEC
PlasterMax™-DEC Decorative Interior Veneer Plaster is a one-coat decorative interior finish for residential or commercial applications. It is ideal for finishing drywall surfaces in residential applications because it is fast, economical, and offers a wide range of finishes. It can be applied in one coat as thin as 1/8-in. or built up to heavier thicknesses (up to 3/8-in.) for use over new or existing gypsum board, cement board, magnesium board, monolithic concrete and unit-masonry substrates.This product’s features lend themselves to many economical and decorative applications, too.
GigaCrete PlasterMax-IND
PlasterMax™- IND Abuse-Resistant Interior Veneer Plaster is an ultra-high-performance finish for industrial applications requiring extreme abrasion and impact resistance. Where drywall is the substrate in industrial applications, PlasterMax™-IND Abuse-Resistant Interior Veneer Plaster, in a single product application, provides the ultimate in resistance to abrasion and impact.This product is formulated for industrial strength and provides an attractive, smooth or textured finish over a variety of other substrates, such as cement board, magnesium board, monolithic concrete and unit masonry.
GigaCrete PlasterMax-ICF Base Coat
PLASTERMAX™-ICF Base Coat Interior Veneer Plaster is the base coat for a two-coat, durable conventional plaster system consisting of PLASTERMAX™-ICF Base Coat Interior Veneer Plaster and PLASTERMAX™-ICF Finish Coat Abuse-Resistant Interior Veneer Plaster. The ICF basecoat and finish products provide the capability to finish interior surfaces of ICF construction with the beauty and truly monolithic surface of conventional plaster systems while offering the ultimate in strength, crack resistance and unsurpassed impact and abrasion resistance, which only a 21st century material can offer.
